School of Energy Technologies programs include:


All the programs are taught by faculty with industry experience in classes with low student to teacher ratios. Classrooms and lab spaces feature the latest equipment donated by industry. Hands-on learning is a tenet of all the programs with paid internships and scholarships available.

Students alternate between on-campus instruction and corporate internships so they can apply what they've learned in the classroom and labs to the real-world setting.

Students who earn an Associate in Applied Science degree from OSUIT in one of these three programs typically already have a job waiting for them once they graduate because of the strong relationship between industry partners and the university.

Graduates are ready to start their career and the curriculum is designed to enable graduates to advance within the energy industry with additional experience.
