School of Culinary Arts

Fine dining is enjoying a resurgence, and America’s fascination with the culinary arts has led to fantastic career opportunities for culinary graduates. Students enrolled through the School of Culinary Arts gain hands-on experience in real-world learning environments while they learn basic fine dining and gourmet cooking skills. Prior learning credit opportunities are available for students who possess National Restaurant Association (NRA) certifications, or for those who can demonstrate a mastery of specific culinary skills sets through our institutional challenge exams.
