Events & Banquets

OSUIT School of Culinary Arts is committed to providing support to our community and stakeholders. We understand that when choosing an event space many choices are available and we hope that the “State Room” (or alternative space in our facilities) will suit your needs. Please submit your request for review as early as possible and carefully read all the FAQs. Keep in mind that not all requests may be approved based on instructional calendars and department availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

FAQs

When can I host an event in the State Room?

Dates of availability are based on student and faculty’s schedules as well as facility availability. There is a minimum of 60 days advance notice required for all event requests.

How many guests can be served in the space?

Our facility is able to host events with a minimum of 100 guests and a maximum of 200 guests.

What type of food is offered?

Our chefs will work with you to create an exceptional custom menu to fit the needs of your event.

What are the costs involved?

Our prices are based on the selected menu and style of service. Lunch prices begins at $15/ person and dinner prices begins at $25/person. Space rental, linens, set up/ tear down, and A/V needs are included in that price.

Do you do off-site caterings?

At this time, we are unable to offer off-site caterings.
