Online Health & Wellness

The Office of Student Life prides itself on giving opportunities to all students at OSUIT.

Our mission is to create a healthy and fun lifestyle for our students, faculty, and staff. Health and Wellness is more than just physical, it is a process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a healthier and enjoyable life. Our department strives on being a part of the America’s Healthiest Campus initiative and seeks to provide choices and changes through the quality programs offered in Student Life.

Whether you're a commuter student unable to use the gym in your schedule, an online student who doesn't visit campus, or a residential student needing guidance on what to do in the gym, we have something for you! Check out the workouts below for a jump start or a routine that requires little to no equipment. All you need is some space and a set or dumbbells or a resistance band.

eSports Tournaments

OSUIT offers a new sport for students on and off campuseSports.

eSports is a form of competition using video games. It primarily involves teams competing against each other in tournaments for prizes.

In order to participate, the student must have a specific game and console for that tournament. Like all intramural sports on campus, each tournament will have one winner, whether a team or individual. Each winner will receive an intramural winner t-shirt from Student Life.

Students can contact Justin Payne for more information.

Upcoming Tournaments

The next eSports tournaments are listed on our online web calendar. Students will need to register as a team or as an individual using the online registration form. More tournaments to come this Fall!

OSUIT Students are encouraged to join our Discord page to stay up to date on the eSports events and connect with other gamers on campus!   We use it for discussions, chats, game rules; throughout the tournament, and in general.
